Transportation (CXT), a wholly owned subsidiary of NuState Energy Holdings,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NSEH) announced today that they will provide all of
their permanently leased Owner Operators with Rentar Fuel Catalysts free of
charge, in an effort to help their drivers defray the effects of skyrocketing
fuel costs. The units are the product of Rentar Environmental Solutions and
have been purchased by CXT from Rentar Logic as part of the company's Green
Initiative.  CXT has recently received Smartway approval for its environmental
